Reports Manager - Templates

It would be amazing to be able to select multiple templates to delete, copy or archive together and not have to do it to each individual template.

Invigilator printout filters

The invigilator printouts can only be filtered on the type of qualification. It would be great if we can filter by room and/or date. We have many entries for GCSE's so the reports takes ages to load and then it is tricky to find the one you need.

More options in seating plans

We need more optons when creating seating plans. i.e. the option to select Access Arrangement Students only (not just unticking and ticking) a box at the top of the list to untick all, so that you just select certain students would help the option...

Preferred Name on Downloadable Report Templates

When downloading the report template excel spreadsheet, it does not include the students' preferred names. This makes it extremely tough for teachers to fill in the students' reports as they do not know whose reports they are filling in!

Cover Manager - ability to select range of periods/times within a day (e.g. p1, 3 and 5) rather than having to enter them all as separate absences

Email Staff of a Cover Stand Down

Changes can come in last minute, post publication. Should a cover be deleted then it would be really useful to have the covering teacher emailed about it.

Teaching Manager - improve Set Codes report

In Teaching Manager > Reports > Set Codes including Set Counters, a list of sets were shown together with the total number of pupils in each set. Please add more column by listing the teacher(s) who is/are teaching each set. Thank you.
