We would be like to be able to display red, amber, green styles in tracking model columns linked to baseline grades.
For example, if a pupil's baseline grade is 7, and their termly grade is 8 = green.
Although it's possible to set style objects according to grades, this isn't based on an individual pupil's targets. A 6 would be a green target for a student whose baseline is 4, but tracking below for a student with a baseline 7.
So a difference of 0, +1, +2 = green
-1 orange
-2 red
etc
It is currently possible to create calculated columns (which are thrown out if anything is moved) that will show the difference between columns, but not +1, +2, etc.
