Improve the link between other modules and consent registers
At present there isn't a link back into admissions or pupil manager from the data protection module so when running searches on who we have consent to email about an event, we can't do it through either (any) portal.
Separate Wellbeing access so that each HM can only see the pupils in their house.
This would enable Wellbeing to store more sensitive data on pupils at them moment the access is by level and this means all Hms can see everything which is not good.
Allow links in the 'details' field of a consent register
The Details field is what appears when requesting consent, so it would be good to able to add clickable links to the text, e.g. to the relevant data protection policy...
Will it possible to search by student and edit an entire report for one student as well? This approach will be helpful for reviewing comprehensive lists for certain students, rather than addressing by each teacher's set.
E.g. When a detention is moved onto the following week and then authorised again, the system does not re-notify parents, pupils, teachers etc with the amended detention details. Hence we have moved a detention on to find that the parents and pupil...
It would be great if amendments anywhere on a student's record could be automatically saved without having to press 'save', or alternatively if a reminder that navigating away from a page before a change has been saved will result in this data bei...

It would be massively helpful to have SMS templates to send for things like pupil registration queries, commendations or detentions. It would then be doubly helpful if merge fields, like pupil name, parent name, could be included in the template. ...

It would be really useful if a search filter was added to the Wellbeing module from Student registers. This would be useful when setting up indicator workflows in Wellbeing- to be able to filter down to pupils who are on a particular register.
