We have a number of divisions and some staff work across multiple divisions depending on the day or time of day. In order to manage cover effectively we need to adjust their availability on each of the timetables they are part of, but making them unavailable in one when they are teaching in another can result in a clash.
Please add an additional availability option of "Other division". This would effectively be ignored by clash detection, but would prevent them showing as immediately available within the Cover Manager, so showing up with a status that indicates they're working in a different division so some juggling might be required to make use of them.
Clash detection should still work if DIV1=Lesson, DIV2=Lesson, DIV3=Other_Div.
