We have multiple divisions and each division's timetable is prepared by someone within that division. The timetablers all have full access to the Timetable Manager as they need to use most of the tools within it.
This year, when running clash detection, a number of clashes were detected which on further investigation were because one of those timetablers went into "Manage Periods & Days" and changed the end time of a single period to be the end time of the next period. The clashes all disappeared once I reverted that change.
Please add some granular permissions so that we can prevent the timetablers from changing the structure of the days. We need to keep this centralised as making changes can impact other divisions if a period is added or removed and that can result in a lot of work to fix the timetables.
