Ability to create custom fields on Medical Centre records, i.e. Diary entries or Condition records
It would be really helpful if we had the ability to create custom fields on Medical Centre records i.e. Diary entries or Condition records, similar to how we can in Pupil manager.
Related to this, it would be great to be able to remove/rename fields on diary entries - for example, we don't need the 'Departed by Transport' field, we put transport types as categories in the 'Departed to' field, and use the Departed to Transport field to capture the injury type (the list is break/burn etc) but we want to be able to rename the field.
