Currently all emails sent vie email manager that generate the pupils name only use their legal name. It would be extremely useful if instead it could show both prefered name as well or give us the option to choose. We have a large portion of international pupils who rarely use their legal first names and a lot of teachers are finding it hard to recognise which pupil an email is about. This is particularly noticeable for the rewards and conduct module that sends a lot of approval emails and notices to teachers.
