I find it a bit odd that I can make changes to all other aside from:

This make it incredibly tedious when you need to move people into a user/security group.
For example: with the recent Medical Centre/Health Records changes we've created a new Security Group which we want to move a bunch of staff into, and at the moment, I have to:
1. Individually find each member (Which can be painful even with list view)
2. Edit their account
3. Change their security group
4. Cancel the pop-up asking if I want to email them (I have another suggestion asking for this to be a toggle/something we can turn off)
5. Wait for the module to refresh
6. Repeat

If iSAMS are committed to making more security changes then this really needs to be a feature, alongside allowing users to be part of more than one security group.
