Currently, configuring Registration Rules for these mixed sessions is difficult because there is no direct way to group students by the specific subject they are enrolled in.
2. What is the proposed solution? We propose adding an "Include Subject" option to the "Add Grouping" dropdown menu within the Registration Rules configuration.
3. What is the value or benefit of this feature? Grouping by Subject would be the most efficient way to manage registration for mixed-cohort sessions. It would save significant administrative time, streamline the setup process for schools with flexible or cross-year curricula, and reduce the need for complex workarounds.
