Working Days Lost Column without the Need for Census Enabled

The working days lost column within absences is really useful, especially within Central. It allows you to see quickly how many days absent an employee has had, without trying to work out if it includes a weekend etc. It also works well with the the bradford factor.

Unfortunately, to allow the working days lost column to show, the DfE School Workforce Census for non-independent schools needs to be ticked. Having this ticked, however, causes other columns not required for an independent school census to display and creates various errors when trying to run a census.

Please could the working days lost column be available in absences regardless of the workforce census being ticked or unticked.
