A lot of parents are also staff members; however, there doesn't appear to be a clear way to show this by means of a report or a field in a pupil's record.
Currently, there is the "Number of Children in School" drop-down list within HR Manager; however, not all departments will have access to the HR module, but they would need to know which employees are also parents. It also doesn't specify which students the employees are parents of.
It would be good to have in the "Family" tab of a student's record, the ability to add the staff member, similarly like you can with siblings.
