Currently, all Leave Request Types can be submitted without any mandatory supporting details. This creates gaps in our record-keeping, particularly when parents select “Other” without providing any explanation. To ensure proper documentation and accountability, could we please enforce a mandatory note or reason field before submission? At present, the field can be left blank, which limits the accuracy and completeness of our records."
