Hi iSAMS Team, I would like to share some feedback on the Leave Request feature based on school operational use. It would be very helpful to be able to see who approved a leave request and the date and time of approval for audit, safeguarding, and follow-up purposes. In addition, the current ordering of records from oldest to newest is not practical for schools; displaying requests from newest to oldest would better support daily workflows. Lastly, viewing records by parent name is challenging when backtracking cases, and it would be more effective to view or filter requests by student, date, or status instead. Thanks.
