I would like to suggest an enhancement for sending parent notifications for unauthorised absences during registration.
Current issue:
At the moment, there is no way to send parent notifications for unauthorised absences, even manually.
Context:
Registration time: 7:45 am – 8:00 am
Parents are usually informed after registration data is confirmed
Proposed idea:
Allow schools to use Form Rules to automatically send a daily notification to parents for students marked as Unauthorised Absent.
Example:
Registration completed at 8:00 am
System automatically sends notification to parents at 9:00 am
It would be helpful if this could be controlled with a simple Yes / No toggle, allowing schools to enable or disable the automatic notification.
