It would be very useful to be able to filter by Field type when choosing a Category:

Also to see in the report the Field types that were chosen per Reward.

    Agreed.

    I have a custom version of Rewards Report that adds any fields at the end of the row (rather than as shown in the screenshots). Drop me a line, via bwray <at> tudorhallschool <dot> com, if you would like a copy of the RDL.
