Title
This field is not fully compatible with iSAMS. While all Applicaa data list titles as either Master (male) or Miss (female), they appear as Mr (male) and Ms (female) in iSAMS.
Parental Responsibility
When importing from Applicaa, parents are initially added as two separate contacts. We then edit the father’s contact to “parents,” which automatically fills in the mother’s details - which is handy.
However, parental responsibility behaves inconsistently: when contacts are separate, both father and mother are set as ‘Yes’. When merged to “parents", the father retains ‘Yes’, but the mother shows ‘Default Value (Yes)’, and clicking save does not update her responsibility to ‘Yes’.
Although we can manually update the titles and parental responsibilities ourselves, we wonder if it’s possible to set a default to Miss or Master based on the child’s gender; as well as a 'Yes' to mother's contact.
This could streamline the process and reduce the risk of manual errors or oversights.
