At present, there isn't an option to manually sort the order of which the invoices appear on the Parent Portal. Ideally, the latest cycles should appear at the top, which is currently not the case. Using the date options don't either have any affect on the order of the cycles appearing. This is causing confusion for parents and consequently, additional admin work for the support staff.
We have now published another invoice cycle and the new invoices are not displaying at the top of the list. This is causing confusion for parents and additional admin work for us. Parents (and I) would expect the latest cycle to be at the very top. Those parents that are not observant, are paying incorrect amounts as School fees.
