To be able to arrange documents and files folders by alphabetical order on the cloud portal.to ensure easy navigation for parents

On the parent portal, we have the documents and files folder arranged alphabetically.

This feature is not available on the cloud portal and causes confusion for parents. Can we have a folder arrangement option here too.

    It's really frustrating that the options to arrange Documents & Files works for the classic Parent Portal but not the new Cloud Portal.
    I'd suggest to iSAMS that this is actually a bug rather than a feature request, but they seem to disagree!

    Changing the view between recent documents and folder tree view would be really useful, thanks

Parent Cloud Portal - School Information - Documents & Files in Alphabetical order

In the Parent Cloud Portal, Select School Information and then select Documents & Files. On the Browse tab, all the document folders are listed, can these please be ordered either Alphabetically or ordered to match how we have them in iSAMS.
