We have been told in our UKVI Compliance Training that we should have a mechanism to check when expiry dates are due for both pupil passports and visa's etc. With the ability to send reminders at set points.
Could there be a pop up reminder of all pupils that are due to have a reminder sent to them with such expiry dates please?
Any improvements to the visa and passport section would be appreciated, especially with tracking of expiry dates. We were told of an update and there was a very brief period where changes appeared but all went back to how it was previously, so I am hoping there are some developments that will be coming soon.
