Pupils below statutory school age are often part time pupils. When it comes to billing for those sessions it is difficult to track changes to expected attendance patterns within iSAMS, and being a school that starts at 10 months, going through to sixth form, means we have a wide variety of patterns.
We'd need to be able to record the start and end date of a particular pattern, and then whether the pupil is expected each day either AM, PM or all day.
Being able to easily see the previous patterns would be useful too.
It would be fantastic if registers could apply code X to pupils in DfE Year Groups "Early First Year", "Early Second Year", "Nursery First Year" or "Nursery Second Year". This would save admin and teacher time in chasing and checking registers.
