Apart from students attending our bases the Pilgrim School looks after 4-60 students who are taught at home due to their health issues. If we were able to add a custom set of fields as per the attached in the pupil's notes in pupil manager we would be able to facilitate and streamline the recording of our lessons by our home tutors and the monitoring practices we have in place for the academic, safeguarding and financial aspects of it. we can see that EdGen would be (if allowed) the appropriate platform to bring together those practices we had to use over the years; the additional fields we are showing in the attached document are reflecting the essential points of our current recording system; with the help of your pupil notes report in the pink dropdown of the pupil manager we can then easily export and use data which is essential to our service and save considerable admin time in the process.
