How should it work?
It should involve automatic generation. Upon registration, based on the school code, the email address could be generated in a format such as studentcode@penangsisgroup.edu.my. For example, a student with the school code "MYSPG000123" would have the email "MYSPG000123@penangsisgroup.edu.my."
