When using the Reward & Conduct grid tool for teachers to submit a reward, if they enter an amount greater than 1 in the grid tool for a pupil, then it sends a notification for EACH number of reward you input. So those staff members set up to receive an email notification get a duplicate email for each number of the same reward/sanction, filling up their inbox with uncessary duplicate emails. We would like these to be grouped into ONE email and it say the amount that pupil has received.
You can create categories of 2, 5, 10 etc rewards (select 1 in the amount column, but select the reward category 10 points ( set up to be worth 10). This then only sends one email, but it can then cause issues when publishing to external portals such as MSP.
