We have several administrative staff members (Registrar, Directors, Principals) who sometimes need to access reports published for the student in the student portal. The best way we have found to allow them access is to use the Student Portal and select the student from the top-right, kind of "impersonating" the student. then once the student's portal load, they can see reports, attendance records, etc. However, the only way i can give them this access is giving them FULL access to the Student Portal module which. do nt like as they could mess the design and features open (they shouldn't, and I do not expect them to do it, but why not just give some security access to log in as the student without having full access to the module? It would help big time!
