Reports for twins can lead to GDPR issues

On two occasions I have had where I have manually printed a report of two individual twins and the first one's report is fine but the second twins report contains all the reports of the entire Form. Now I have to watch the page count of the second twin before it is emailed out. Isams could not recreate it so deemed it as solved ?

Hi, This was first reported to me by a parent on 7th July 2020 and then it happened with two sets of twins. I was extracting the standard reports that I send at that term from Report Printing as a pdf attached to an Outlook email.

Since then I have got to other twins noticed to is wrong and then re-extracted again and then it works.

If you type a twins name extract the report and backspace enough of the name to bring the other twin up and then click on it you get the issue. However if you start from scratch with the second twin then it doesn't occur. In future I will probably use the portal create zip feature to do this unless it is a one off report.

Please would you provide more details about this? I can't find the original ticket to check the details. Was it an SSRS report that you were using?
