We would love the ability to include bold and potentially other rich-text formatting options (such as italics or links) in the Report News section of iSAMS. Currently, any formatting using Markdown (e.g., **bold**) or HTML (e.g., <b>bold</b>) is ignored, and only plain text is displayed.
Adding support for basic formatting would allow schools to better structure and highlight important information in internal reports, improving clarity and communication for staff.
