We sometimes use SchoolPost to send out documents to parents. This requires a zip file containing one document (typically PDF) per pupil, named after the SchoolID - eg "01234567890.pdf" - very much like the zip file from the Formal Report Printing module when dealing with academic reports.

When using Student Manager, running "Custom Reports" from the pink drop-down, it would be very useful if the app could give the option to download the results as a zip archive of PDF files, rather than as a single PDF.
