It would be really great if we were able to easily produce a report from IFinance for Prepayments. The system is great, if you use the prepayment journal it creates all the journals for the months, but you still need to keep a spreadsheet running so at the end of the year to give to auditors showing what is left in the account. It would be a real help not to have to produce this as the information is all there in IFinance but not easily reported,
Is there any update on this report? The data must be all there in the system but it takes a long time to write up this information manually in a spreadsheet each month!
I was just coming on here to request exactly the same report. It is time consuming and prone to human error to maintain a manual spreadsheet to track prepayment balances. The information is all in the system so it would be a very straightforward report to run.
