If a teacher is busy period 1, 3 and 5, for example, I have to enter three 'absences' separately, with start and end times all manually input. This is a waste of time. The manage cover sheet shows all parts of the day to allow you to set cover: if the 'absence properties' sheet, displayed when you are creating the absence, also showed all of the parts of the day created in timetable manager, you would be able to select any elements of that day you wanted to cover, all in one entry.
