I'm submitting this request as we're seeing increased numbers of students that wish to have non-binary gender pronouns in the Report Writing System. We've already stopped putting the Gender field on official transcript documents etc for this reason.

In the same way that we have a 'Preferred Name' field in iSAMS, I was wondering if we could have a field that might be named 'Gender Expression' for adding non-biological genders to iSAMS? This would then allow for "they/them" in the comment banks in report writing, and E-Mail templates.
The ideal case would be to add this to the Gender field but I asked this before and Alaistair responded that it wasn't possible as it would require a complete overhaul of iSAMS.
