At the moment, the information entered in fields cannot be seen in any useful way. It doesn't appear in Academic profiles and cannot be accessed from there at all. It doesn't even appear in the list in Rewards & Conduct. The only way to see it is to go into Rewards & Conduct and edit it, which would require giving all staff edit rights to all entries and make them use the R&C module, which rather renders being able to see R&C info in Academic Profiles useless.
