It would be really helpful if the person who raises a registration alert is also sent a copy of the alert e-mail. Currently there is no option for this. Additionally it would be really useful if we had the ability to send to custom e-mail addresses, such as distribution groups in Office 365/Exchange.
Both these ideas would be really great. Sometimes Reply All emails on register alerts get sent that I can see are for the attention of the alerting teacher but they are not on the email distribution list.
Also, our reception staff job share half the week each, which generates a lot of unnecessary emails in their individual inboxes. They both work from a shared reception@ mailbox but currently there seems no easy way of the alerts being sent to this mailbox instead of their user mailbox.
From a communication and safeguarding perspective, this keeps all relevant stakeholders in the loop. Would be grand if it had custom email addresses, but simply the "registering teacher" cc'd as tick box on the back end would be great.
